Giro d'Italia je biciklistička cestovna utrka koja se jednom godišnje održava u Italiji, utrka traje tri tjedna, a najčešće se održava u svibnju. Popularni Giro nastao je po uzoru na Tour de France, prva utrka se je održala 13. svibnja 1909. godine u Milanu, a na stazi dugoj 2.448 km pobijedio je Luigi Ganna.
Najviše pobjeda na utrci imaju Alfredo Binda (ITA), Fausto Coppi (ITA) i Eddy Merckx (BEL) koji su pobijedili u utrci po pet puta.
